I've got the new Overkill album and have been playing it on my show and it kicks major ass.
Other stuff I am looking forward to:
Godless Rising
Deceased
Cathedral
The Grotesquery
Cianide
Sodom (Hopefully)
Testament
High On Fire
Plus some others I've been reporting on my show as well, but I don't want to write a mega long list.

Re: 2010
A few I've heard about that spark my interest:
Accept
Motorhead
Iron Maiden
Deicide
Testament
Six Feet Under
Rotting Christ
Flotsam and Jetsam (What???)
Sick of it All
Morbid Angel
Necrophagist
ZZ Top
Thought I'd throw these out there, as I tripped when I heard these bands were not only together, but coming out with albums. Not that I'm gonna buy them, I just tripped when I heard about them:
Keel
Krokus
Armored Saint
Scorpions
Ratt
Jag Panzer
Crimson Glory
Deep Purple
Danzig

I hate to admit it but I wouldn't mind seeing Ratt live. Carlos Cavazo plays guitar for them now.

I've always told people that in the 80's, though I hated looking at them, Ratt actually had some good fucking riffs.
Ratt was hair metal in their look, but not necessarily in their music. Add Twisted Sister and Wasp into that mix.
My "gay" secret...
I also wouldn't mind hearing the new Deep Purple, Danzig and Jag Panzer.

Man I love WASP too bad they died after Inside The Electric Circus IMHO.

Re: 2010
I never really saw WASP or Twisted Sister as actual glam rock. WASP are true heavy metal, they didn't even look glam. "The Crimson Idol" is one of the greatest albums of all time. and Twisted Sister were just trying to look disturbing, which worked. Both are as metal as it gets.
EDIT: CRIMSON IDOL IS GOD!

Fully agree here, TS has some real awesome tunes, WASP mostly good too!
